Update on Ethan

All,

We have our first day of mediation tomorrow on Ethan's case with the Rocklin School District. The SD has been unusually uncooperative according to our attorney. They submitted a settlement agreement a week ago. We accepted the settlement and then they withdrew it. Our attorney tells us that they are being very difficult to set a precedent for any parents that might attempt to gain adequate services for a child in the future.

Please pray for us and our attorney tomorrow and possibly the next couple of days. Especially pray for our attorney that she'll keep her cool. She's not done so thus far and it could hurt us if she goes ballistic. :) It's difficult to understand why the SD cares so little for a child so it's tough to maintain emotional control during these proceedings.
