In the spring we were able to make one of our many drives down to SLO. This time mainly to visit Gpa Doyle for his 7x birthday. We visited family for a week or so then had a party for him on Saturday. He is recovering from chemotherapy administered recently to kill cancer. The doctor feels the treatment was successful and any remaining bad cells are in remission.
We also played on the beach, had lunch with Mike and Jenny and hung out with Deanna and the Andersons. Ethan always enjoys visiting Mom and the grandparents. He has no therapy and he gets to listen to guitar music by grandma. He seems to really enjoy it. She'll start playing and he'll come into the room and just watch.
